Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving (3h)

Within Cubic on a daily basis, challenges surface and problems need to be solved. The need to “Think Boldly” and “Innovate Fearlessly” are two Cubic Leadership Anchors that require well-developed thinking and problem solving skills — skills that lead to growth and progress. In this session you will learn the skills and tools to help you lead your team to think more critically and focus on solving problems with creativity and innovation.

Some of the topics covered in this session are:

  • Defining issues clearly, despite incomplete or ambiguous information
  • Linking problems and systems to identify and improve underlying strategic issues
  • Generating and analyzing alternatives to surface other, more effective solutions
  • Making difficult decisions more confidently and courageously
