Lynne Hambleton, senior instructor and consultant for Corporate Education Group (CEG), has more than 25 years of experience in general management, marketing, strategic planning, alliance development, sales and channel operations management, and customer support. Focusing on leadership, team dynamics, and process improvement, Lynne is an expert in developing and executing strategies that capture market share and improve operational efficiencies. Prior to her work as a consultant, Lynne spent more than 20 years working for Xerox, where she began her career in marketing and strategy, later moving up to senior roles, including senior director of global project management and executive director of business consulting.
Lynne is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Master Black Belt (MBB), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Certified Change Management Practitioner and Lead Trainer/Examiner (APMG), and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). She earned a master’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in industrial marketing; a master’s degree in adult and higher education/organizational development; and a bachelor’s degree in psychophysiology from University of North Carolina — Chapel Hill.
