Energizing People Through Effective Communication — Part Two (90min)
How you “show-up” as a leader and the subliminal messages you convey as you interact with your peers and team is important. It has a direct impact on your ability to create energy and enthusiasm when working with your team to complete tasks and projects. In Part Two of this Foundation course, you will learn how to evaluate your strengths in this area and how to send the right messages that make work motivating and meaningful.
Some of the topics covered in this session are:
- Determine how communication styles and combinations impact working with others
- Identify ways to problem solve communication challenges when others have different styles
- Specify actions you can take to flex and adapt your style to meet the needs of others
- List concrete strategies for increasing your effectiveness with others in the workplace
